I ran a coaching and consulting business focused on course creators and online entrepreneurs. As founder and head of sales, I built it from scratch to over $5M in total sales revenue across 2,500+ SMB and mid-market clients, with deal sizes up to $100K.
The business ran at 160% net revenue retention and 85% profit margins with a lean team of 12 contractors. I built 30%+ of net-new pipeline through performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn at 3x ROI.
I also partnered with Thinkific as an expert partner, working closely with their team to help clients grow their businesses on the platform. That partnership gave me a front-row seat to the intersection of education, product, and growth, and it shaped how I think about building products that genuinely help people.
