My role at Alex

I joined Alex as the first sales hire and became the top-performing AE in the company. In 11 months I closed over 7-figures in ARR at 122% quota attainment, adding 25 net-new logos and ranking #1 out of 10 reps company-wide.

I owned four of the top five global staffing firms by revenue as named accounts. These are complex, 6-to-12 month enterprise sales cycles that cut across procurement, legal, IT, and C-suite stakeholders. I expanded $25-50k proof-of-concept deals into six-figure, multi-year account plans and authored board-ready commercial frameworks validated against public financials.

Before transitioning to a dedicated closing role, I generated over $2.1M in sales-qualified pipeline through hybrid prospecting and closing. I also won back churned accounts from a direct competitor.

What makes me different from most AEs: I write production code, build internal tooling, and speak the language of engineering and technical buyers without leaning on sales engineering.
